This program will focus on assisting individuals with their specific goals including weight loss, increase strength, flexibility, health/nutrition and cardio vascular improvement. Kickboxing is the ultimate overall workout. It tones muscles, strengthens cardio and promotes weight loss. Get fit and learn self-defense techniques. If you enjoy Tae Bo, you will love this class. You will need cloth fist pads which can be purchased from sporting goods stores or through the instructor.

PILATES
Pilates focuses on body/mind integration, utilizing core stabilization and breath control, with simultaneous stretching and strengthening exercises. Regular practice of these mat exercises will leave you feeling more fit, with toned muscles, better posture and balance, more body awareness, flexibility and strength. Throughout the years, Pilates has been widely used for injury prevention and Rehabilitation. Bring a yoga mat or towel to the class.

YOGA
Join us in a noncompetitive environment and learn the fundamentals of yoga asana, breathing, relaxation and meditation. Wear comfortable, layered clothing that you can move in. Do not eat prior to class. Bring a sticky mat, if you have one. Come prepared to have fun, relax, get fit and learn in a supportive community class

ZUMBA
A cardio party designed for everyone, you’ll have so much fun you won’t know you’re working out. Zumba is a fusion of high energy movement and motivating Latin International music. The dance/exercise routines combine fast and slow rhythms utilizing the principles of interval training to maximum caloric output, fat burning and body toning. Zumba is appropriate for all fitness levels. No rhythm required, just come with a smile and ready to dance your heart.
