Camp Carter International Karate Association has been teaching traditional Shotokan karate in the United States since 2002. CCIKA was founded and is still led by Sensei James Carter. Sensei Carter is also recognized as the chief instructor of many other CCIKA-affiliated national Shotokan organizations worldwide. CCIKA maintains its International headquarters in San Jose, California.
