Camp Carter International Karate Association has been teaching traditional Shotokan karate-do in the United States since 2002. CCIKA was founded and is still led by Sensei James Carter. Sensei Carter is also recognized as the chief instructor of many other CCIKA-affiliated national Shotokan organizations worldwide. CCIKA maintains its International headquarters in San Jose, California.
